Job Description
Summary:
We are looking to hire, experienced Quality Control Experts in with Food Technology degree for our manufacturing plant in Tenkasi, Tamil Nadu.
Responsibilities
- Candidate must have full working experience of managing large production facility on quality management with expertise in HACCP, FSSC22000 standards.
- Show demonstrated expertise in HACCP audit practices.
- Would be responsible for Hygiene, Raw Material Specification, Training, Product Safety, Sensory Audit, process enhancement and record keeping for all the HACCP activities in the facility.
- Would maintain records in compliance with FSSAI requirementsWould be responsible for all FSSAI and legal meteorology compliance
- Required have capability to hire and train associates for the quality team
Requirements
- Ideal candidate will have about 2 to 4 years of experience in the food products manufacturing organizations with a mandatory degree in food technology or Equivalent degree with passion towards food products quality practices.
