Job Description
Summary:
SIRIMIRI is hiring experienced Packing Machine Operators for our food manufacturing plant in Tenkasi. The role involves operating and maintaining packaging machines while ensuring accurate packing, product quality, and compliance with food safety standards.
Machine Operation & Packing:
- Operate automatic and semi-automatic packing machines efficiently
- Operate Horizontal and Vertical packing machines efficiently
- Preventive Maintenances of the machine
- Ensure correct weight, sealing, coding, and labeling of products
- Monitor machine performance and handle minor adjustments.
- Maintain packing speed and minimize downtime
Quality & Food Safety:
- Compliance Follow GMP, hygiene, and food safety protocols during packing
- Ensure packaging materials meet quality standards
- Check finished packs for defects, leakage, or incorrect labeling
- Maintain cleanliness of packing area and machines
Documentation & Coordination:
- Record daily production and packing details
- Coordinate with production and quality teams
- Report machine issues, quality deviations, or breakdowns
Requirements:
- Qualification: Diploma, ITI (Preferred)
- Experience: 3+ years
