Ganji typically means liquid food. There are limitless possibilities of Ganji in our traditional food which are tasty as well.
Finger Millet ( Ragi), Pearl Millet ( Kambu), Jowar Millet, Little Millet (Samai) are used widely in our villages where we grew-up. Besides millets, there are power packed grains such as Horse gram, Black-Rice and Barley. There are significant health benefits if we can integrate these into our lifestyle.
Converting these divine grains into lovely consumable Ganji is an art. We have spent years worth of effort in making this a reality. Traditionally, preparation of Ganji/Koozh is long and complicated and technical know-how is not widespread as much as we would like it to be. In the current fast paced world, we seldom find time for that and hence switch to easily available options.
Starting from the raw grain to getting the finished product of Ganji, it typically takes about 36 hours. In our factory, each batch is a week-long process. Fermenting is one of the core parts of the preparation. Fermentation provides gut friendly bacteria - also known as probiotics. We have done all those for you in the form you can use instantly. We have added spice and condiments that are of highest quality to provide the native taste of the product.
At home or when travelling, all we need is boiling water which we can get in our house or in any hotel room (when travelling). Of course cup of curd makes it complete.
